Leadership

Leadership position of an organization is a direct reflection of the vision of its leaders. Mission- driven leaders proactively execute the organization’s vision, set the tone and define culture for excellence. Leadership means creating and planning, securing resources, looking out for the team and setting new benchmarks of excellence. With two entrepreneurs having sharp business acumen and a cumulative experience of 35 years at the helm, the only way to move for Designing Solutions, is; forward. Designing Solutions is driven by its two engines; Davinder Singh and Manish Taneja.

Davinder Singh, working in tandem with Manish Taneja, currently heads the Team Management, Client Management, Procurement and Business Deployments functions. 

Davinder Singh being a visionary, always has a keen eye for the future. Constantly challenging the norm, he breaks new grounds with regularity by innovative application of his extensive understanding of the technology and the business acumen, gained over a proven period of 20+ years in the industry. Having honed his expertise, for more than a decade in Fiber Optic Network Planning & Organizing and Running Feasibility Surveys, Topographical and Cadastral Surveys, Building Surveys and Transmission Line Surveys, Davinder always aim to set new benchmarks. Not only his man-management skills and resourcefulness are exemplary but his accomplished business sense too, lets him a add value to the entire value chain,not only for clients but within the company as well. Even though he has worked on many a landmark projects involving traditional as well as state-of-the-art technologies, Davinder is always excited for the next challenge.

Manish Taneja currently heads the Innovation, Financial and Budget Planning divisions. Blessed with a diverse set of skills and knowledge, he brings wisdom and uncanny prudence deriving from a vast and rich experience spanning 20+ years in Fiber Optic Network Planning,
Topographical and Cadastral Surveys, Building Surveys and Transmission Line Surveys; Manish along with Davinder is one of the think-tanks of the company. He is a quick learner. Over the years, he has worked with a diverse set of projects, handling and managing different aspects of projects, interacting with stakeholders at different levels, all this has earned him a highly evolved approach to Project Management. He is as adept at managing everything related to Network Planning, Optical Fiber Networks, Copper networks for Telecom companies as he is at managing key components related to Financial Planning, Accounting, Investments, Office team Management, and many other aspects of an enterprise. He juggles many roles with utmost ease. No wonder he leads by doing.

Sahil Sharma

- Chief Operations Officer

Sahil, being the COO of the company. He is responsible for shaping and implementing the vision, mission, and strategy for the company’s development. On top of that, he works in the front line of sales on a daily basis.

You can always rely on him, both as a customer and as a team member. Clients appreciate his extensive experience handling large IT teams. He is a leader in business management and development with extensive knowledge of IT managed services, operations, project management, business processes, and finding strategic and tactical solutions. He is dedicated to achieving business plans and producing results.

His understanding of the strategic and consultative business process is extensive. Experienced in services & project fulfillment, revenue generation, web development, tactical management and leadership. Additionally, after 7 years in business, he has the dedication, work ethic, and emotional intelligence to create a positive impact. Customer satisfaction, delivery of value, and uncompromising business principles are key to his success. Over the years, his success has come from a sincere belief in the partnerships that he strive to build and maintain. Assuming responsibility for providing a strategic vision for my company and my customers. Swaraj is the Chief Strategy Officer of our company who is responsible for providing strategic direction and vision. With a proven track record of fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration,

Swaraj also serves as a liaison between our India and Canada teams to ensure efficient and streamlined collaboration between our operations in both countries. His expertise in leading the development of comprehensive strategic plans that outline the company’s goals, resources, and measurable objectives has helped the organization achieve its long-term objectives.

PHP Developer with 8+ years of experience in development and team lead. Expertise in a wide range of PHP technologies including Codeigniter, Laravel, WordPress, and Custom Plugins. Also experienced in APIs, Shopify, Squarespace, Mailchimp and MySQL. Managing and passionate about work and inspires and motivates others on his team.

Sunil Negi

Frontend Developer with 6+ years of experience and a Polytechnic diploma in Electrical Engineering. Expertise in a wide range of front-end technologies, including React JS, Next JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, MUI, Tailwind CSS, and global state management tools. Dedicated to providing professional services with excellent work satisfaction. Passionate towards work and inspires and motivates others on his team.

He has been engaged for more than 9+ years in GIS and surveying projects. He has been successfully handling assignments related specifically to Field Data management, work allotment to the in-house team and ensuring timely deliveries to clients. Being a qualified engineer, his in-depth understanding of technical specifications gives him the extra edge needed.

A highly accomplished Project Manager with a Degree in Electronics and Communication. He has over 24+ years of proven professional experience managed a diverse range of multiple complex projects for business across the various platforms in the Telecom industry.

Kulwant Rana

He is a graduate of Humanities and operates as an important part of the team. He contributes being an Assistant Manager, looking after key functions, Office Administration, Recruitments & Event Management. He has 7+ years of experience in GIS-based projects and has worked in Utility projects (Electric Power, Pipeline), Digitization, Land Records and landbase projects of India and foreign countries and As-built CAD and GIS of optical fibre routes. His experience adds another dimension to our operations.

She is a hardworking professional with degree in Computer’s and is successfully handling the development and implementation of information system by conducting in-depth analysis of the client requirements. She has ability to work both in independent and team-oriented environments with developed organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with problem solving skills. She is an asset to the company with Excellent communication and interpersonal skill combined with strong analytical and functional skills

Harish

He has over all 11+ years of experience in GIS Development, Software Testing of Mobile Apps and Web GIS projects and has worked in Salesforce Development projects of India and foreign countries, As-built AutoCAD and FTTX projects. Managed teams and have well-knowledge to automate the technical tasks using the python language and other tools. He is a graduate of BCA and has a degree in Software Engineering from NIIT and has a grip on other programming languages and Oracle databases.
