Our Journey & Milestones
The humble beginning of our entrepreneurial quest started in 2006 with only 2 persons in a small rented location in a residential area. We started by offering our expertise in providing Fiber optics surveys and As-built drawings. Having our heart and mind, set on the future, we invested our humble earnings in procuring basic survey equipments; GPS, Roadometers and Distometers, etc. to add value to our services.

We expanded our venture by expanding our service portfolio; adding Topographical surveys and further invested in our venture by adding additional survey equipments. Our team strength rose to 7 team members.

To retain our competitive edge, knowing well that no partner is better than technology, we went on with our quest for adding even more new equipments – DGPS, Plotters and made forays into DGPS and GIS surveys. In this year itself, we moved into our own purchased office and our team strength doubled to 15 team members. We also added Optic Fiber Network planning services for bluechip telecommunication companies in India.

By this time, we had an unparallel record of successfully completing more than 1.5Lac survey kilometers for Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. and by achieving this feat, we bravely ventured into stages wise and Cell sites foundation construction work. As we were growing rapidly, we needed a bigger and better office, so bought and moved into a suitably bigger and better office.

We got empanelled with India’s no.1 Telecom service provider; Bharti Airtel Ltd. and expanded our service network to the pan- India level. Having done so, we again touched new heights of efficiency by completing 1 Lac running kilometers in the first year of our empanelment. Our team sized increased to 42 team members.

Our initial foray into IT involved creating custom internal tools for several large multinational corporations. These tools were designed to streamline and automate various aspects of the companies' operations, such as inventory management, HR processes, and financial reporting. We made this possible by hiring a team of experienced developers, designers, and project managers who are well-versed in the latest technologies and best practices.

Excellence is a never-ending journey; we bagged the prestigious Chhattisgarh government’s Telecom project for Optic Fiber Network Planning & GIS Feasibility survey. Once again, we managed to successfully complete 32k running kilometers in less than 3months. Now our team grew to a total of 55 members.

During the period of COVID-19, we looked after the people who worked for us. When a company steps up at a time like this it builds loyalty , commitment and long-lasting teams. In this time of pandemic our team worked dedicatedly and completed the planning task for Airtel 5G roll out approximately 23000 km in Pan India. Our team sized increased to 75+ team members.

The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically changed the way businesses operate around the world. With many companies transitioning to remote work, there has been a growing demand for remote teams that can work on various projects remotely. In response to this demand, we expanded our work into Staff Augmentation, providing remote teams to companies in need and achieved considerable success.
